Ms. Uyterhoeven of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 594, by inserting after the words "predominantly used by minors" the following: "(6) processing of personal data for the purpose of training, developing, or improving an artificial intelligence or machine learning model or algorithm."
