Amendment to the Fire Trust for Fire Survivors in the Third Suffolk

Ms. Edwards moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 47 the following section:-

“SECTION 47A. Item 1599-6090 of section 2A of chapter 268 of the acts of 2022, as most recently amended by section 44 of chapter 248 of the acts of 2024, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “the June 21, 2022 fire in the city of Revere” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- fires in the Third Suffolk senatorial district.".
