Vaccine Liability

Ms. Friedman, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Keenan and Eldridge and Ms. Edwards move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 20 the following section:-

“SECTION 20A. Section 12C of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “physician or nurse” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- physician, nurse or other health care professional licensed under this chapter or otherwise authorized within their scope of practice”.
