Mr. Eldridge moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 105 the following section:-

SECTION 106. Section 213 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended by striking out the words “December 31, 2025.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "December 31, 2026".
