Mr. Eldridge and Ms. Edwards move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 68 the following section:-

“SECTION 68A. Item 8100-0111 of said section 2 of said chapter 140 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “offenses” the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026.”.
