Mr. Durant, Ms. Kennedy and Mr. Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:

"SECTION X. Item 4510-0790 of Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2025 is hereby amended by striking the figure "$500,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$700,000".
