Mr. Barrett moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 68 the following section:-

“SECTION 68A. Said item 8000-0313 of said section 2 of said chapter 140 is hereby further amended by inserting after the word "data" the following words:- and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2026.”.
