Messrs. Tarr and Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 47 the following section:-

“SECTION 47A. Item 2000-0100 of section 2 of chapter 28 of the acts of 2023 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “2025”, as inserted by section 56 of chapter 14 of the acts of 2025, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 2026”.
