Guidance on Lawful Orders

Mr. Moore, Ms. Kennedy and Mr. Payano move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

"SECTION XX. The adjutant general shall, in consultation with the attorney general, create guidance, and training as necessary on said guidance, on recent developments in the law related to the federalization and deployment of members of the militias of the commonwealth. Said guidance shall include, but is not limited to, any applicable limitations on said deployments and the use of force."
