Reporting

Mr. Tarr and Mrs. Dooner move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Section 15 of chapter 33 of the general laws as appearing in the 2024 official edition is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-'The adjutant general shall submit an annual report to the governor, the clerks of the house and senate, the house and senate ways and means committees, and the joint committee on public safety and homeland security describing major organizational changes, deployments of state military forces for domestic operations, mutual aid agreements, and any instances in which state forces were placed under active state duty status.'."
