Coordination with state and local enforcement

Mr. Tarr and Mrs. Dooner move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Section 15 of chapter 33 of the general laws as appearing in the 2024 official edition is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-The adjutant general shall coordinate all activities of the military forces of the commonwealth with state and local civil authorities. State military forces shall not exercise powers of arrest or policing except as authorized by statute, by order of the commander-in-chief, or pursuant to an express request from the relevant civil authority consistent with law."
