Excise Tax Exemption for 100% Disabled Veterans

Messrs. Fattman and Tarr, Mrs. Dooner and Mr. Durant move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section x the following section:-

"SECTION X. Section 1 of chapter 60A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 99, after the word 'has' the following words:- 'been awarded permanent disability compensation by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs at a 100% rating, or'."
