Motor Vehicle Sales Tax Exemption for 100% Disabled Veterans

Messrs. Fattman and Tarr, Mrs. Dooner and Mr. Durant move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section x the following section:-

"SECTION X. Subsection (u) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 349, after the word “has” the following words:- 'been awarded permanent disability compensation by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs at a 100% rating, or'."
