Ensuring Consistency with Regard to Federal Officials

Mr. Tarr and Mrs. Dooner move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Section 13D of chapter 265 as appearing in the 2024 official edition is hereby amended by inserting in line 20 after the words, "police officer" the following: - or an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency, or officer thereof,"
