Legislative Commission Members

Mr. Tarr and Mrs. Dooner move to amend the bill by inserting in line 37, after the word, "Inc." the following:- "a representative from the Massachusetts Broadband Institute, to provide expertise on broadband infrastructure and statewide access initiatives";

By striking in line 37 the following number "5" and inserting in place thereof the number:- "6"; and

By inserting in line 42, after the word, "laws" the following:- "and 1 of whom shall be a consumer who relies on access to electronic or digital resources through a public library and resides in a rural area of the commonwealth where broadband access is limited or unavailable, to provide perspective on patron experience and equity of access".
