Contribution Limits to State Party Committees

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section_ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Section 7A of chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in subsection (a), clause (2), the words “five thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words:— “ten thousand dollars.”
