Redraft Amendment 7

Late contribution reporting

Ms. Rausch and Ms. Edwards move that the proposed new draft be amended by adding the following section:-

"SECTION 4A. Subsection (f) of said section 19 of said chapter 55, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The treasurer of a statewide ballot question committee required to designate a depository under this section that receives a contribution of $500 or more after the eighteenth day but more than 72 hours before the date of an election in which a question favored or opposed by the committee is on the ballot shall file a report to disclose the information required under this section within 72 hours of depositing the contribution.”.
