Ms. Rausch and Mr. Collins move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after the word “town”, in line 39, the following words:- “; and provided further, that a municipality may, at the time of adoption, expand the definition to a household that includes a person who is not more than 17 years old, as determined by the city or town”.
