Adoption methodology

Ms. Rausch and Mr. Payano move that the proposed new draft be amended by adding, in line 42, the following sentence:- This section may be accepted by: (i) approval of a ballot measure submitted to the voters at a regular or special election; (ii) ordinance or by-law; or (iii) charter amendment.
