UGGA Relief for Municipalities

Ms. Kennedy, Messrs. Collins and Montigny, Ms. Comerford and Messrs. Fernandes and Payano move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after subsection (h), the following subsection:-

(i) An acceptance of this section by a city or town shall provide a 26.5 percent increase in such city or town’s allocation of unrestricted general governmental aid, lottery aid as provided by section 18C of chapter 58 of the General Laws, in fiscal year 2027.
