Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new draft be amended by adding, in line 9, after the word “chapter” the following words:- ; provided, however, that when taken together with the exemptions allowed under this chapter, the rebates shall equal not more than 35 per cent of the average assessed value of all Class One residential parcels within such city or town.
