Resident Rebate

Ms. Edwards and Ms. Miranda move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 13 after the words, "applicant seeks the rebate”, the following words:-

"Taxpayer applications for general rebates shall not proceed if a municipality is denied federal funding due to lawsuits from the federal government when the said funding and benefit denial have an impact to the municipality's fiscal resiliency."
