Preventing Inequitable Taxation and Systemic Overvaluations

Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following section:-

"SECTION X. Residential valuation increases year over of 5% or more that do not involve new construction or significant rehabilitation shall be prohibited."
