Personal Property Tax Relief

Messrs. Collins and Tarr move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following section:-

“Section 1. (a) Section 5 of chapter 59 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1785, the figure “$10,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $30,000.”.
