Senior circuit breaker and Deferral

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Section 6(k)(1) of chapter 62 as appearing in the 2024 official edition is here by amended by inserting line 391 after the word "actually paid" the following:- "or deferred".
