Floor Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill by striking out section 1 and inserting in place thereof the following section:

“SECTION 1. Section 5 of chapter 83 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words “within 2 years after the effective date of this act” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- no later than December 31, 2031.”.
