Amendment #7, as changed to S2916

Special Legislative Commission on Initiative Petitions

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 14, in line 108, by striking the number “9” and inserting in place thereof the number “13”.

And further amend the bill, in said section 14, line 109, by inserting after the word “co-chairs” the following:- ; the chairs of the joint committee on the judiciary.

And further amend the bill, in said section 14, in line 119, by inserting after the word “years” the following words:- ; 1 member of the house of representatives designated by the minority leader of the house of representatives; 1 member of the senate designated by the minority leader of the senate.
