Amendment #7 to S2916

Special Legislative Commission on Initiative Petitions

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Muradian of Grafton, Vieira of Falmouth and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 14, in line 108, by striking the number “9” and inserting in place thereof the number “11”;

and in line 119 by inserting after the words “10 years;” the following:-

“the ranking House minority member on the joint committee on election laws; the ranking Senate minority member on the joint committee on election laws;”
