Candidate Committee Contributions

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 5 the following section:-

SECTION 5A. Section 6 of said chapter 55, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the third paragraph the following paragraph:-

Notwithstanding the second paragraph, a candidate committee shall not contribute to a ballot question committee.
