Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 2 the following section:-

 “Section 2A. Section 54 of chapter 54 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

 Furthermore, the state secretary shall cause to be included in the summary created pursuant to section 53 of every ballot question, the link to the webpage maintained by the director of campaign and political finance that identifies all contributions made to each statewide ballot question committee established in support of the ballot questions that is the subject of said summary.”.
