Teacher support with the early literacy fund

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 16 after the word, "curricula" the following: - "(iv) not less than ten percent of the total amounts credited to the fund for that fiscal year to support teacher capacity and improvement in evidence‑based literacy instruction for kindergarten through grade 3."
