Annual educator trainings in every county

Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Montigny, Payano and O'Connor and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new text be amended in section 1E ¾ of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as inserted by section 3, by adding the following subsection:-

"(c) The department shall provide at least one free educator professional development training annually in each county of the commonwealth, focused on evidence-based early literacy instruction and curriculum implementation."
