Increasing the transfer to the Early Literacy Fund

Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Collins, Payano and O'Connor and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new text be amended in section 12, by striking out, in line 155, the figure “$25,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$50,000,000”.
