Avoiding Early Literacy Fund Conflicts of Interest

Messrs. Keenan, Montigny and O'Connor and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new text be amended in line 9 by inserting after the word "donations" the following words:- "; provided, that no entity providing funds, gifts, grants and donations to the fund shall be eligible to be a vendor or provide a curriculum, tools or resources, programs or goods and services to the department under sections 1E 1/2 and 1E 3/4 of chapter 69"
