Denial of waiver in writing and appealable

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor and Mrs. Dooner move that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, in proposed subsection (c) of proposed section 1E ½ of chapter 69 of the General Laws by adding the following paragraph:- 

“(6) The department shall provide a denial of a waiver requested pursuant to this subsection in writing to the district that applied for the waiver and provide an opportunity for appeal.".
