Expand virtual school eligibility for school choice students

Ms. Lovely moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION X. Chapter 370 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by adding the following section:

Section 11. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, students enrolled in a school choice program, as established by section 12B of chapter 76 of the Massachusetts General Laws, may enroll in a virtual school operated by the accepting school district."
