Biennial maintenance inspections

Mr. Fernandes moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

“SECTION X. Section 7A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in lines 34 and 35, by striking the words 'annual maintenance inspection' and inserting in place thereof the following words:-'biennial maintenance inspection'."
