Regional lemon law cooperation

Mr. Fernandes moves that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

“SECTION X. Section 7N ½  of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after paragraph (8) the following new paragraph:-

'(9). The secretary of the department of transportation shall explore regional frameworks or agreements with other states for the purpose of implementing this act cooperatively across state borders.'."
