Expanded Housing Access for Returning Citizens

Ms. Edwards and Ms. Miranda move that the proposed new draft be amended by adding the following section:-

"SECTION X.  Subsection 6 of Section 4 of the Chapter 151B of the Massachusetts General Laws by inserting after the word "forces," each time it occurs, the following language. "or because a such a person has served time in a Massachusetts house of correction, correctional facility, or similar facility in another state or federal jurisdiction,".
