SWM Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, by striking out the words “(ii) the number and type of disciplinary actions taken by the board pursuant to section 87AAA of chapter 112, including, but not limited to, suspension, revocation or nonrenewal of a license;  and (iii) the names of any license holder whose license has been revoked by the board pursuant to said section 87AAA of said chapter 112”, in lines 4 to 7, inclusive,  and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “(ii) the number and type of disciplinary actions taken by the board related to discriminatory practices; and (iii) the names of any license holder whose license has been revoked by the board as a result of the license holder’s engaging in discriminatory practices.”
