Mr. Driscoll moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $20,000,000 shall be expended for Bridgewater State University for costs associated with renovations to Tillinghast Hall”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$21,000,000”.
