MassBay HVAC System

Ms. Creem moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $2,200,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Bay Community College for the replacement of its HVAC system"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$3,200,000".
