MassBay Window Replacement

Ms. Creem moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Bay Community College for window replacement at the Carey building"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$4,000,000".
