Springfield Technical Community College

Mr. Gómez moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following:- "provided further, that not less than $20,000,000 shall be expended to Springfield Technical Community College for infrastructure updates and facility improvements"; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$21,000,000".
