Middlesex Community College Energy Technology Implementation and Infrastructure Improvements

Mr. Finegold moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $20,000,000 shall be expended for Middlesex Community College for infrastructure improvements including, but not limited to, Americans with Disabilities Act upgrades and modernization at the Cowan Center and the implementation of geothermal energy technology for energy optimization and decarbonization at the Lowell campus "; and by striking out the figure "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$21,000,000".
