Campus Lease or Sale Proceeds

Messrs. Moore and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 4, by inserting after the figure “29”, in line 220, the following words:- “; provided, however, that such proceeds realized from the conveyance, lease or other disposition of real property from a public institution of higher education pursuant to this section shall be made available to such institution”.
