Sullivan Building at Salem State University

Ms. Lovely and Messrs. Tarr and Crighton move that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $30,000,000 shall be expended for the renovation of the Sullivan building at Salem State University"; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$31,000,000".
