Unlocking Housing on Surplus Land

Messrs. Cyr and Fernandes move that the proposed new text be amended in section 4, by adding after the word “restriction”, in line 177, the following words:- “; provided, that said reuse restrictions shall permit the construction or rehabilitation of housing”.
