Ms. Miranda moves that the proposed new text be amended  in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $12,000,000 shall be expended for capital construction, renovation, restoration and related infrastructure improvements associated with the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the David Dudley house at Roxbury Community College for the center for economic and social justice which may include, but shall not be limited to, costs related to design, construction, accessibility upgrades, building systems modernization, historic preservation, workforce training space development and associated site improvements"; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$13,000,000”.
