North Shore Community College Capital Improvements

Messrs. Crighton and Tarr and Ms. Lovely move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7066-8007, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $15,000,000 shall be expended for North Shore Community College for capital improvements to support academic expansion and program development at their campus in the city of Lynn”; and by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$16,000,000”.
